The Cabin Experience

Our cabin was one side of a duplex, small but comfortable. It was one of the Western cabins,
which are true log cabins built in the 1930's. They have been updated somewhat since then.
There was no air conditioning, but then, who needs air conditioning at an altitude above
8,000 feet in northern Arizona? There was a gas fireplace, but we didn't need that either...

Our cabin, just a couple hundred feet from the main lodge.




The interior; two beds, a bathroom, and a small combination closet/dressing room.
